Eric comes to the Ark Church with nearly thirty years of experience, serving churches in Wisconsin, South Carolina, Virginia, Connecticut, Illinois, and Pennsylvania. He studied Advanced Expository Preaching under Haddon Robinson and D.A. Carson. Eric has traveled to Europe, India, and China in missions work and pastor training, as well as doctoral studies in Israel and Jordan.
Eric met his wife and childhood sweetheart, Chris, at a dance recital for his sister when he was in seventh grade. They have three adult married children and three grandkids. Eric enjoys travel, dinner and a movie, playing guitar, listening to all kinds of music, Ford Mustangs, and sports of all kinds, but especially basketball.

Tim began his ministry at Faith in January 2023 after graduating from seminary from Liberty University. Though originally from Pennsylvania, Tim met his wife Erin while attending Cedarville University in Ohio. Tim played on the men’s soccer team for 4 years before transferring to OSU where he finished his BS in Mathematics. Tim began his teaching career and coached soccer around the Dublin area before moving out of state for ten years. During that time Tim worked different jobs including a year as a temporary youth minister and five years as a stay-at-home dad. They are thankful God brought them back to Columbus. Tim enjoys playing sports and board games, cooking, logic puzzles, and working on projects around the house.

Shaun grew up in Hilliard, OH, and attended school at Wright State University and Columbus State. It was while attending university in 2002 that Shaun came to know the Lord through the ministry of CRU. Since then, Shaun has spent time going on several mission trips at home and abroad, and from 2020-2022, he and his wife Karlie served as missionaries with Athletes In Action. Shaun and Karlie have been faithfully active at Faith Community Church since 2009, including getting married there!
As Outreach Coordinator, Shaun loves connecting his community with the local church. His hope is to faithfully use his gifts and talents to inspire others to actively participate in the advancements of “The Great Commission” inside their own community.
